El propósito de esta unidad es desarrollar competencias clave en los estudiantes para comprender y aplicar los fundamentos de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en la gestión del talento humano. Para lograrlo, se emplearán recursos educativos digitales que fomenten el aprendizaje significativo, la interacción y la reflexión crítica, alineados con la modalidad educativa híbrida del curso.

Objetivos Generales del Curso en el Aula Virtual


  • Comprender los fundamentos de la inteligencia artificial (IA) y su aplicabilidad en los procesos de gestión del talento humano, identificando sus beneficios y limitaciones en contextos organizacionales.
  • Desarrollar habilidades de análisis crítico mediante el estudio y discusión de casos prácticos de implementación de IA en recursos humanos, con énfasis en factores de éxito y desafíos.
  • Fomentar la reflexión ética y social en torno a la integración de herramientas de IA en el ámbito laboral, promoviendo una perspectiva fundamentada y responsable.
  • Aplicar los conceptos teóricos en la simulación de escenarios reales, utilizando herramientas digitales para explorar el impacto de la IA en la toma de decisiones en la gestión del talento humano.
